There are nine Royale Rooms in the 15th Century House at an extra cost.
These rooms include a Welcome Pack, use of Luxury Bath Robes and Mini Bar (charged on consumption)
you also get your own reserved Parking Space.
Additionally there are also six Royalle Rooms in the new building, each superbly appointed with Four Poster Bed and a Jaquisy.

With the Royale Rooms in the old house prices vary from room to room.

FOR THE INFORMATION OF ALL MEMBERS
For the purpose of this Re-union the venue has been reserved on behalf of all those attending.
Warners Holidays have a Conditions of Booking to which its contents apply to each and all of us.
Once you have completed the attached booking form and sent your deposit then the Booking
Conditions will apply.
I appreciate that this appears all very official, however please understand that this is a huge undertaking and as far as Warners are concerned, purely commercial.
Should you wish to avail yourself of insurance protection then there are plenty of companies on the High Street that will provide holiday cover
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
The Venue will be Littlecote House from the 20th through to the 23rd December 2009.
The price will include accommodation, bed, breakfast, evening meal and use of on site facilities plus entertainment.
Price is inclusive of VAT. Rooms may be taken from 15:00 hours 20th December.
The cost is based on two persons sharing a twin or double room. (Rooms for a single occupancy by separate agreement).
Please note that the attendance of any military personnel is subject to their current duties and commitments at the time.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
Up to 57 days prior to holiday start Loss of deposit.
56 - 50 days prior to holiday start date 30% of holiday cost.
49 - 43 days prior to holiday start date 45% of holiday cost.
42 - 29 days prior to holiday start date . 60% of holiday cost.
28 - 15 days prior to holiday start date 80% of holiday cost.
14 8 days prior to holiday start date 90% of holiday cost.
Less than 7 days notice of holiday start . 100% of holiday cost.
Once your full deposit has been paid and should you cancel, then the deposit paid is forfeited.
The full balance payment will become due no later than 10th October 2009 .
It maybe necessary for you to cancel your holiday due to changes in circumstances, i.e. accident or illness.
If you have taken personal insurance then this should be covered by your policy
CANCELLATION FOLLOWING NONE ARRIVAL
If you have not arrived by 08.00 hours on the 21st December or contacted the hotel to confirm when you will arrive, it will be assumed that the holiday is cancelled.
If the holiday is cancelled or changed.
In the most unlikely event of the holiday having to be cancelled
due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. industrial dispute, fire, natural disaster, bad weather, acts of government or other similar events beyond our control,
you will be notified as soon as possible.
If any of the above occurs, then monies paid will be reimbursed after consultation with BourneLeisure Group (Warner Holidays)
